Anatomia del ciclocorpo* explores the relationship between the body and the bicycle, examining their potential for integration and enhancement.
The ciclocorpo is conceived as the body-bicycle system which - depending on the environment it engages with - undergoes a transformation of its sensory and perceptual apparatus.
This concept is analyzed through the lens of two disciplines that study the achievement of maximum efficiency of the ciclocorpo and the body itself: biomechanics and movement therapy.
This project was developed as my thesis at IED, based on a theme assigned to the students, which invited us to create a work concluding our academic journey.
